      Services of Csaba Toke at Energetic Kinesiology
      
      I provide kinesiology, flower essence therapy, spiritual response therapy, health and wellness coaching sessions (sessions). I help and assist you in the process of aligning your energy to enhance your holistic health and well- being, so that you can live the fulfilled life that you deserve.
      
      Payment Terms
      All payments are to be made on the day of the session and I accept cash or card. You can also pay with bank transfer against the invoice I issue to you. To get to the root of an issue we are working on it can take several sessions. 
      Delivery
      All sessions will take place at 22 Sir John McKenzie drive, Yaldhurst, Christchurch 8042 or online, based on the nature of the imbalance.
      To secure the right amount of time required to receive the Kinesiology session you must be book an appointment prior to when you would like to receive the session.
      
      My responsibility to you
      As Natural Health Practitioner I owe you a professional duty of confidentiality. I take this responsibility very seriously and will always strive to promote your best interests. I always comply with the New Zealand Privacy Principles set out in the Privacy Act. I have a legal requirement to comply with the NHPNZ Code of Conduct, as a Kinesiologist practitioner, please find this attached to my website if desired.
      
      Your Responsibility
      It is your responsibility to be responsible for your own health and to notify me of any major health concerns that may affect your session. For you to receive the full benefits of my sessions, I will require you to arrive for your appointment on time. For any unforeseen circumstances and you need to cancel or reschedule, please see my cancelation policy below.
      For our sessions wear something comfortable, as I will be monitoring your muscles on the massage table. All sessions ae conducted in clothes.
      •	The initial session will go for 1 hour and 15 mins.
      •	The follow up sessions will go for 1 hour or more, depending on your needs.
      
      Reasons why the session may not take place.
      I am within my right to refuse or not proceed with the session if:
      •	You are intoxicated with Alcohol or under the influence of drugs
      •	If you have not arrived on your own will and I do not get permission from the muscle monitoring or from your higher self to proceed the session.
      •	I feel that I am unable to help you and that it is unsafe for you and that your area of concern is out of my scope.
      •	You are in need of having medical advice first.
      
      Disclaimer
      I help to find your energy balance; thus I do not treat, diagnose or cure anyone.
      
      Cancelation Policy
      I understand that Csaba Toke at Energetic Kinesiology has a schedule and makes himself available for a session with me, thus I understand that there is a cancelation policy. 
      If you need to cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled time, please contact me on 022 034 6040
      If you fail to give 24 hours notice, you will be charged the full amount for the session, if I cannot fill the appointment. I understand things happen in life, therefore I asses your situation cases by case.

      We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when registering at the Services expressing an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and services, when participating in activities on the Services (such as posting messages in our online forums or entering competitions, contests or giveaways) or otherwise contacting us.

      11. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
      
      Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized.
